Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Services: Deconomy provides digital asset management services. Once capital is deployed into a portfolio, it is immediately injected into the business ecosystem.

2. No Refunds: Due to the nature of capital allocation, portfolio purchases are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once activated.

3. Payouts: Users may withdraw their generated yields bi-monthly on predefined dates. If a deposit fails but money is deducted from your bank, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5-7 working days.
