At Deconomy Ventures, we strive to provide exceptional B2B and IT consulting services. However, due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate deployment of resources upon project initiation, we maintain a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may submit a cancellation request for their selected service packages within 24 hours of payment. If the service deployment (e.g., account setup, software allocation, or consulting scheduling) has already commenced within this timeframe, the cancellation request will be deemed void.

2. Refund Policy (Non-Refundable Services)

• Setup fees, software licensing costs, and initial IT consulting charges are 100% non-refundable once processed.
• Any delays caused by the client in providing necessary business documents/data do not qualify for a refund.
• In case of duplicate payments caused by technical errors, a 100% refund of the duplicate amount will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment source.
